Tim Plewman’s latest romp @ the Mardi Gras Theatre, Carnival City will have you in stitches as Henry Penbroke’s plans for an illicit weekend (at home) are turned upside down with the unexpected arrival of a Western African business associate (with three wives in tow) and a Mexican hoodlum accompanying the object of Henry’s desire, Carmen. Adding to the melee is a drunken butler and a nephew who had to escape from Mexico in a hurry... and of course, his wife has to return
