WRESTLERISH: MUSIC VIDEO PREMIER
by Press Release
22 December 2009

Werner Olkers, Jacques du Plessis, Gavin Flaks and David Grevler comprising the band ‘Wrestlerish’ will premier their first music video on DSTV’s MK channel on 30 December (2009)

“Wrestlerish captivates not only through their exquisite, simultaneous musical richness and emotive simplicity, but Werner Olckers’s octave-shifting voice also has that rarest of qualities - conveying meaning and feeling with every word he sings,” says the group’s publicist.

Kgomotso Moncho (Tonight / Pretoria News) adds: “Their x-factor is in their heart-wrenching music and they know how to put one in a bubble. There's also Olckers' bad-boy charm and enthralling voice.”

The track ‘Bad News’ will make its début appearance on MK’s programme Kraakvars. Their début album ‘The Rude Mechanical’ will be released by Rhythm Records in March 2010.
